Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. About BooklyPro
BooklyPro is an online software platform designed to help service-based businesses manage appointments, services, employees, customers, working hours, and online bookings from one centralized workspace.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BooklyPro website, application, booking pages, software, and related services.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the BooklyPro application, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or use BooklyPro.
If you are using BooklyPro on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use BooklyPro. If you use BooklyPro on behalf of a business, you must have the authority to act for that business.
BooklyPro is primarily intended for businesses and professional service providers.
4. Accounts
Certain BooklyPro features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity performed through your account.
You must notify BooklyPro through the available support or contact method if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.
5. Business Information
Businesses using BooklyPro are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information entered into the platform.
This may include business names, addresses, descriptions, services, prices, employee information, working hours, customer information, appointment information, and booking policies.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you publish through your BooklyPro account is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your customers.
6. Online Booking Pages
BooklyPro may provide businesses with public-facing booking pages that allow customers to view services, availability, and appointment information.
Businesses are responsible for the information displayed on their booking pages and for ensuring that their booking practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
BooklyPro provides the technical tools for appointment scheduling but does not control the relationship between a business and its customers.
7. Customer Bookings
BooklyPro allows customers to request or make appointments with businesses using the booking functionality provided by the platform.
Appointment availability is determined by the information and working hours configured by the relevant business.
Businesses are responsible for honoring appointments and maintaining accurate availability information.
Where payment is required, an appointment may not be considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully processed.
8. Payments
BooklyPro may use third-party payment processors to process payments and subscription charges.
Payment processing may be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.
BooklyPro does not store complete payment card details unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Businesses are responsible for any prices, taxes, fees, refunds, or other charges that they independently communicate to their customers through the platform.
9. BooklyPro Subscriptions
BooklyPro may offer paid subscription access to its software and features.
The applicable subscription price and billing frequency will be displayed before a subscription is purchased.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing period selected during purchase.
BooklyPro currently offers a monthly subscription plan. The applicable price is displayed on the BooklyPro pricing page and during checkout.
10. Paddle and Merchant of Record
Subscription payments for BooklyPro may be processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable transactions.
Paddle may handle payment processing, billing, tax collection, invoicing, refunds, and other transaction-related services as applicable.
Your purchase may also be subject to Paddle's applicable terms and policies.
11. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your BooklyPro subscription according to the cancellation options made available through your account or billing provider.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal of the subscription. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in the Refund Policy, cancellation does not necessarily result in a refund for a billing period that has already begun.
Additional information regarding refunds and cancellation is available in the BooklyPro Refund Policy.
12. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the BooklyPro Refund Policy and any applicable payment-provider requirements.
Where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, certain refund requests may be processed through Paddle.
13. Customer Data
Businesses may use BooklyPro to store information relating to their customers and appointments.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal basis and any required permissions to collect, use, and store customer information through BooklyPro.
Businesses must not use BooklyPro to collect or process information in violation of applicable privacy or data protection laws.
14. Privacy
Your use of BooklyPro is also subject to the BooklyPro Privacy Notice.
The Privacy Notice explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the service.
By using BooklyPro, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Notice.
15. Cookies and Similar Technologies
BooklyPro may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for operating the website and application.
Where required by applicable law, BooklyPro may request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

BooklyPro may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or creates a legal, security, or operational risk.
18. Intellectual Property
BooklyPro, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to BooklyPro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of BooklyPro or its intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from BooklyPro except where expressly permitted by BooklyPro or applicable law.
19. Your Content
You retain ownership of business information and other content that you submit to BooklyPro, subject to the rights necessary for BooklyPro to provide the service.
By submitting content to BooklyPro, you grant BooklyPro the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
20. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable and secure service, but BooklyPro is provided over the internet and may occasionally be unavailable or interrupted.
Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, security incidents, infrastructure problems, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee that BooklyPro will always be available, uninterrupted, or completely error-free.
21. Third-Party Services
BooklyPro may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, authentication services, analytics providers, email services, and other infrastructure providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies. BooklyPro is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.
22. No Professional Advice
BooklyPro provides software and scheduling tools. BooklyPro does not provide legal, financial, medical, accounting, tax, or other professional advice.
Businesses are responsible for obtaining their own professional advice where necessary.
23. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BooklyPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the service will meet every particular business requirement, operate without interruption, or be free from all errors or defects.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BooklyPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or expected savings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
25. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BooklyPro and its operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of the rights of another person or organization.
26. Account Suspension and Termination
BooklyPro may suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or third parties.
This may occur if an account violates these Terms, creates a security risk, is involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or creates a significant operational risk.
You may stop using BooklyPro at any time.
27. Effect of Termination
When your account is terminated or your subscription ends, your access to paid features may be disabled.
Certain provisions of these Terms may continue to apply after termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related matters.
28. Changes to the Service
BooklyPro may modify, improve, add, remove, or discontinue features of the service from time to time.
We may make changes when necessary for security, technical, operational, legal, or business reasons.
29. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be changed.
Your continued use of BooklyPro after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
30. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BooklyPro and its operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers or businesses under applicable law.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the BooklyPro Privacy Notice and Refund Policy, constitute the agreement governing your use of BooklyPro, except where additional terms are expressly provided for a specific service or transaction.
33. Contact and Business Support
Business customers may contact BooklyPro using the contact or support method made available to them through the service or during their business relationship with BooklyPro.
